With effect from December 1st 2006, the Barbados airport departure tax will increase to 55.00 Bajan dollars for persons of 12 years and over who have been in Barbados more than 24 hours.

Allamanda is about 4 minutes drive from the 9-hole Rockley hotel golf course, 10 minutes drive from the capital city of Bridgetown, and 20 minutes drive from the airport. The hotel is located on the main bus route and a taxi service is always available. Nearby, guests will find shops, bars, restaurants, hairdressers, supermarkets, banks and a post office. The hotel`s guests also enjoy reduced green fees at the 18-hole Barbados Golf Club, a 15 minute drive away.
