There are 21 apartments in this 7 floor building and guests can use the reception facilities and bar at the nearby Mar Ski Hotel. The majority of the resort facilities are just a few minutes away and the local train station enables easy access to Barcelona and Gerona. Location and Resort
Blanes has a superb quality 2.5 mile long beach that has good water sport facilities available. It is an important sport and fishing port, and offers excellent quality sea produce in the local markets and restaurants. The botanical gardens are internationally famous, as is the firework competition which is held the last week in July.

Guests can use the swimming pool for adults and children at the Mar Ski Hotel nearby.
