The Playa Park Club Apartments are situated 500 metres from Corralejo`s main street, 100 metres from the nearest bus stop and two thirds of a mile from the beach. The complex has 141 apartments/studios spread across 2 floors. A new building has gone up on a site facing the Playa Park Club Apartments (approximately 50 metres away). The major construction has already finished and they are now installing the electrics and plumbing, after this the exterior and interior decoration work will take place. Work will be taking place between 26/2/08 and 31/08/08
