The hotel has a friendly and laid back atmosphere, and offers a wide range of facilities and activities to suit all age groups.

There`s a buffet restaurant, tapa`s caf?, poolside snack bar and 2 main bars. The AI option includes breakfast from 7am to 10.30am, lunch from 1pm to 4pm and dinner between 7pm and 10pm, all in buffet style. Breakfast and dinner are served in the Puerto Naos main restaurant while lunch at the Los Tilos restaurant. During breakfast, hot drinks, coffee, milk, cacao and a variety of teas are offered; during lunch and dinner, house wine (white, rose, red), water, soft drinks (cola, naranja, lemon), beer and non-alcoholic beer (bottle). At lunch guests can also have cake, ice and fruit. Snacks such as sandwiches, hamburgers, etc are available at the snack bar Piscina (10am to 6pm) and the snack bar Playa (midday to 6pm). Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like aperitifs, cherry, beer, whiskey, liqueurs, mineral water, soft drinks, juices (non natural ones), tequila, digestives, cocktails, long drinks, coffees, wine and sangria are served at the Taburiente bar (6pm to midnight), the Piscina snack bar (10am to 6pm) and the Playa snack bar (midday to 6pm).
