The Lucky Apartments are just 200 metres from the beach in Larnaca`s tourist area. The property overlooks the pool area and is surrounded by gardens. Larnaca has an attractive promenade, St.Lazarus` Church, a Medieval Fort, cultural centre and Pierides Museum. A new building is being constructed 200-300 metres away from the Lucky Apartments. The works have been assessed and the impact is mainly visual, with some noise and dust.

There are 27 one bedroom apartments, in a central position with a selection of shops, boutiques, bars and restaurants in the immediate area.
