The hotel has a total of 424 guestrooms is situated in the bay of Nabq, only 20 minutes from the old city centre. The private beach is just 400 metres away and there is a superb coral reef that can be enjoyed whilst snorkeling. Horse and camel riding is also available locally and the hotel has a mini zoo featuring ponies, turtles, flamingo, ostrich, crocodiles, camel, snakes and more.

The hotel has a large relaxation pool divided into 2 sections for adults and children. There is also a large aqua fun pool divided into 5 sections with waterfalls.

The hotel has 4 restaurants and 4 bars. The Main Restaurant offers International cuisine with live cooking, and serves a daily breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet, the Tirana Restaurant serves a la carte and a set menu although reservation is required. The new Al-Jazeerah Restaurant offers Indian and Far Eastern cuisine for lunch and dinner, also a la carte and a set menu, again with reservation. Finally there is an Italian Pizzeria where you can enjoy pizza on the beach caf? between 10am and 5pm. The 4 bars include a beach bar and a pool bar. The hotel operates an All Inclusive option which includes breakfast in the main restaurant from 7am to 10am, lunch in the main restaurant from 12.30pmto 2.30pm including soft drinks, wine, beer and mineral water, dinner in the main restaurant between 6.30pm and 10pm in winter and 7pm to 10pm in summer, buffet style with soft drinks, wine, beer and mineral water. Morning snacks/late breakfast available from pool area from 10am to midday including croissants, Danish, American coffee, tea, hot chocolate and 3 kinds of juice, light snacks available between midday and 2pm where you can make your own sandwiches or make your own pizza at the pizzeria from 10am to sunset at the beach bar. A late lunch buffet is served at the pool area from 2pm to 5pm with a choice during the week of french fries, burgers, spaghetti, hot dogs, rice, chicken wings, calamari, fish fingers, Egyptian tagin (stew) and charcoal grill.
