The hotel has a buffet-style restaurant serving international and Oriental specialties for breakfast, lunch and dinner, an a la carte restaurant serving Mediterranean and international dishes and various bars in the 4 pool areas, a snack bar on the beach and Bar Fanar which has live music in the evenings, open 24-hours a day. The hotel operates an All Inclusive option which includes American and Continental breakfast between 6.30am and 10.30am, lunch from 12.30pm to 3pm and dinner from 7pm to 10pm, with themes, kids corner and vegetarian options, all buffet style with international cuisine, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast and lunch, tea, American coffee, mineral water (by the glass), juices and hot chocolate or cocoa are offered; during dinner, mineral water (by the glass), sparkling water, tonic (by the glass), juices, soft drinks, beer and wine (all local). Late breakfast can be taken from 10.30am to 12.30pm at the Coral beach bar or the Fanar bar (dependant on weather). Snacks such as assorted French pastries, cakes, tartlets, oriental snacks, cookies and ice cream by the scoop (for kids) along with tea, coffee and juices are available between 3pm and 7pm at the Juliana pool bar or the Corallo beach bar (subject to weather). Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like soft drinks, mineral water (by the glass), sparkling water (by the glass), soda, juices, tea, coffee, beer, gin vodka, brandy and whiskey are served at the Fanar and Juliana bars between 10am and 11pm, the Corallo beach bar from 10am to sunset and the Karnak or theatre bar during evening shows.
