The Turtle Beach by Rex Resorts Hotel is directly on a mile-long sandy beach at Great Courland Bay on the north-west coast of Tobago. The beach is regularly visited by nesting Leatherback turtles, usually between March and July, who turn the beach into home to lay their eggs. The hotel is 7 miles from Tobago`s capital Scarborough and 2 miles from the Mount Irvine golf course.

Location and Resort
The rooms in the hotel are in two and three storey buildings dotted around the pretty gardens, all with sea views. Courland Bay is a quiet area in a scenic position close to the small town of Plymouth. Taxis are easily available but there is little public transport and there are no bars or restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Eating and Drinking
The hotel has a restaurant and a bar. The swimming pool also has a swim up bar. The hotel operates an All Inclusive option which includes full buffet breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner, a choice of Caribbean cocktails, local beers, soft drinks, house spirits and house wines. Please note that a la carte meals, room service and snacks, non-house brand wines and spirits and bottled water are excluded and must be paid for locally.
