The Golden Sands resort is on the Black Sea coast, set on a wooded hillside that overlooks the stunning sandy beach and crystal blue sea. The historical city of Varna is close to the resort, which as well as being Bulgaria’s biggest port it is also an attractive and cosmopolitan area. Golden Sands has some fantastic facilities itself including a dive centre, tennis, mini golf, jet skis, sailing and a host of other water activities to keep the whole family busy.

Guests can use the swimming pool at the nearby Astoria Beach which has 2 bars including a swim up bar actually in the pool.
