Location and Resort
Bayahibe is situated on the Dominican`s Caribbean south coast with 2 beautiful beaches, the Bayahibe and Dominicus, both offering soft, white sand edged with palm trees. Bayahibe is a tiny fishing and diving village which has a picturesque harbour filled with numerous catamarans and wonderfully coloured wooden fishing boats. The village has one main street, and a handful of smaller streets off it, with small restaurants and bars serving a variety of local Dominican dishes. Only a short trip from Bayahibe is Isla Catalina, an uninhabited island and the ideal place to relax and enjoy unspoilt Caribbean nature and some of the finest snorkelling and scuba diving in the region.

Eating and Drinking
The hotel has 4 restaurants, three of which are a la carte, serving Italian, Mexican and Dominican cuisine and 4 bars including a swim up bar, pool bar and sports bar. The All Inclusive programme includes meals and national drinks, as well as a selection of international drinks, cocktails and wine with meals in the restaurants and bars of the hotel.

The hotel is undergoing some building work which is visible from the pool and beach area and some facilities are closed. Work is due to continue until at least late November 2008.
