The hotel is set on 15 acres of landscaped gardens at the eastern end of Runaway Bay. Hedonism III features expansive ocean views and offers total escape for a truly active (and slightly wicked!) stay. Braco is part way between Falmouth and Runaway Bay and offers good access to both. There are a variety of watersports available at the hotel including waterskiing, scuba diving, windsurfing, snorkeling, sailing and glass bottom boat rides.

The hotel is Victorian in style and is decorated in varying pastel shades. The resort is built around a central pool with a main beach and watersport complex to one side and a secluded cove, spa, pool and bar for naturalists. The gardens are dotted with shady hammocks providing a cool place to relax. The resort also has themed parties most nights of the week
Swimming Pools
The hotel has 3 swimming pools including two with swim up bars and one nude pool. There is a see through Jacuzzi and a 4 storey waterslide that cuts through the disco.
Eating and Drinking
The hotel has 6 bars and 4 restaurants including a terrace restaurant, Japanese restaurant and an Italian restaurant with a Jamaican flavour. There is also the interestingly named Nud-I-Burger, a nude beach grill.
