There are plenty of restaurants, bars and shops in the immediate area and beyond Grand Anse it is a fifteen minute car journey or bus ride to St George`s, Grenada`s extremely pretty capital town, where there are waterfront cafes and a lively local market as well as other shops. You can catch a bus at the end of the road.
