The complex has 74 apartments and is well situated for the shops, restaurants and bars. The apartments are far enough from the main area to be relaxed and quieter but only a couple of minutes away from the nightlife of the infamous `Square`. The beach is a 10 minute walk away and there is a supermarket next door. Cyprus has 41 blue flag award winning beaches.
