is secure. The details you enter are encrypted so they can't be read as
they are sent over the internet. They are then stored on a secure

How can I
book? |

You can book
either online or by phone by calling 0871 221 9000. The best
prices are available online; bookings over the phone may be subject to
an additional booking fee. |

payment methods do you accept? |

Payment can be
made by debit or credit card. We accept Mastercard*, Visa*, Delta and
Switch.
(*Please note that a handling fee of 2.5% will be charged on payments by
credit card, debits cards may also be charged). |

How do I
make a special request on a booking? |
|

You can make a
special request by calling 0871 221 9000. We
will then pass your request onto your chosen accommodation, however we
cannot guarantee that your request will be fulfilled. |

If there is
a mistake on my confirmation documents what should I do? |
|
|
Please email the details of the error to
admin@lowcostbeds.com remembering to quote your booking reference,
and a contact phone number in case of any queries. |

If I need to change my booking what do I
do? |
|

Please email the details of the change to
admin@lowcostbeds.com or call 0871 221 1696. Please note, a charge
may be made for making the change. |

How do I know my booking is confirmed? |
|
|
If you make your booking online, you will
receive a note of confirmation and be allocated a booking reference
number at the end of the booking. Please print the page or write down
the booking reference number. We will also send you an email confirming
the details of your booking. |

How do I make a group booking? |
|

How do I cancel my booking? |
|

You can cancel your booking online, or by
emailing us at
cancel@lowcostbeds.com. Cancellation charges may apply.

What documents will you send me and when? |
|
|
Full details of what documents you should
expect and when will be shown on the confirmation page of this site
after you have completed your booking. Flight tickets will be posted to
you in the normal manner when received from the supplier. |

When and how are my tickets delivered ? |
|
|
No tickets are issued with ba.com or with
the low cost carriers. Your passport, credit card (if booked via your
credit card) and booking reference number at check in, will suffice.
Charter tickets for Freedom, Avro, Cosmos, Teleticket and Ct2 will be
posted to you approximately 10 days prior to departure, or can be
collected at the airport terminal (extra charge). Please note customers
should double check that they have the correct terminal, and arrive with
plenty of time to check in, and pass through airport security. |

What are the specific terms of the
contract with the airline ? |
|
|
The contract and the standard terms of each
airline vary considerably, but in any event, with the charter carriers
are included in the documentation sent out with the tickets, and with
the low cost carriers / ba.com. If in doubt customers should please
refer to the airline website for details. |

How do I redeem my lowcosttravelvoucher ? |
|
|
You can make your booking using your voucher
either through the website or the call centre on accommodation only.
Full payment will be taken at the time of booking and the booking will
be credited back once the voucher has been received.

What are
the details of the price guarantee? |

If you find a
cheaper "like for like" accommodation offered by any other company (and
not offered as a package) within 24 hours of booking, but prior to
arrival, Lowcostbeds.com will match that price.

Lowcostbeds.com may need to verify the availability and conditions
applicable to the lower price to ensure that an accurate comparison is
being made. This will be done as quickly as possible, and one of our
agents will then call you back or e-mail you with the results.

Our best price guarantee does not apply to promotional offers or flights
only or packages.

Are prices
shown per room or per person? |

The prices
shown are per room for the specific party size you have selected, or per
person and party for flights. |

What child discounts are available? |
|

Many of our hotels and apartments are ideal
for families, and offer great deals for children, often including free
child places. These are taken into account in the total price shown for
the party size you have selected. |

Up to what age to children qualify for
discounts? |
|

The age limits for child discounts vary from
hotel to hotel, and from product to product. Our holidays are always
shown in price order, with the lowest prices for the holidays you have
selected shown at the top of the list. That way it is easy for you to
choose the family holiday that suits you best. |

What additional charges will there be? |
|

You may be charged for any extras you book
and pay for locally. These could include telephone calls, use of the
mini bar, room service, spa facilities, laundry, extra nights etc. |

happens to my hotel booking if my flight is delayed? |

If your arrival date at your accommodation
is delayed for any reason, you must advise the hotel directly prior to
your arrival date, or your entire booking will be cancelled, and
cancellation charges will be applied. |
