The complex has 104 bungalows, 76 twin rooms and 2 suites which have been recently renovated and are finished to a good standard. Elounda is a small village in the north of the island in the province of Lassithis.

The hotel has 2 restaurants, a cafe and 3 pool bars. The hotel operates an All Inclusive programme which includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During meals beer, soft drinks, juices, wine in carafe and water are available. Snacks such as hot dogs, sandwiches, pizza, pasta, French fries, etc are available at the snack bar from 10am to 12.30pm and 3pm to 6pm. Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like spirits, brandy, soft drinks, water, juices, filter coffee, draught beer, etc are served from 10am to midnight at the pool bar or the main bar.
