The Riu Seabank Hotel is 30 metres from the beach in Mellieha Bay at the northern end of the island. The hotel has its own spa with a variety of beauty and wellness treatments. The resort is quiet and reletively under-developed. There are a number of shops, bars and restaurants spread out along the bay. Mellieha Bay has one of Malta`s few sandy beaches which is also the longest, and is kept in very good condition.

The hotel has 2 restaurants and a pizzeria/grill house. A pool bar, lobby bar and pub complete the onsite facilities.
