The apartments are in the Aucanada area of Alcudia, a great location for a cheap holiday in Mallorca and the most peaceful setting in the Bay of Alcudia. The apartments are just 50 metres from the sea, separated from the beach by a pine-tree wood. Aucanada Golf, an 18 hole golf course on the water`s edge is 200 metres away. The resort has one of the best beaches on the island and the towns main shops, bars and restaurants are a 2 mile drive away.

Location and Resort
There are 45 apartments, 12 two bedroom, 30 one bedroom and 3 studios spread across 3 floors. Rooms are simply furnished with pine furniture and tiled floors. There is a large terrace, around the pool, facing the sea with plenty of loungers and parasols.

The complex has a swimming pool with a section for children.

The apartments have a buffet style restaurant and a snack bar.
