A new building has gone up on a site facing the Playa Park Club Apartments (approximately 50 metres away). The major construction has already finished and they are now installing the electrics and plumbing, after this the exterior and interior decoration work will take place. Work will be taking place between 26/2/08 and 31/08/08.
