The Faisan Apartments are in the centre of Playa Del Ingles, a short walk to the Kasbah and Yumbo commercial centers. The famous sand dunes are approximately two thirds of a mile away and a short walk leads onto the beach of Playa del Ingles. There is a large choice of shops, bars and restaurants and a long promenade decorated with palm trees.

Location and Resort
The nearest supermarket is 50 metres from the apartments. There are no lifts so the property is unsuitable for those with walking difficulties. Gran Canaria has been awarded the blue flag of quality for 7 of its beaches and there are 6 golf courses in the area. The apartments are cleaned 5 times a week, towels are changed twice and bed linen once.
