These well maintained apartments are located directly in front of the Aquila Roja centre (otherwise known as The Irish Centre) and just 300 metres from the beach in Playa del Ingles and the nightlife. Gran Canaria was awarded the blue flag for 7 of its beaches last year.

The property has a restaurant and poolside snack and drink bar. The property operates an All Inclusive option which includes breakfast from 8am to 10am served in the buffet restaurant, lunch from 1pm to 3pm served in the buffet restaurant - note that if less than 12 persons, lunch would be served at the pool bar using the pool bar's menu or another dish they may prefer off of that night's evening menu, coffee and pastries between 4pm and 5pm served at the pool bar, dinner from 6pm to 8.30pm served in the buffet restaurant, drinks served at the bar at the pool bar and/or at the restaurant's bar between 10.30am and 11pm.
