The village is a popular but quiet beauty spot and fairly self contained. There are music bars, pubs, plenty of shops and a surprisingly active nightlife scene. There are watersports available locally and a dive school whilst the local beaches have shallow water and are perfect for swimming.

Eating and Drinking
The hotel operates an All Inclusive programme which includes breakfast between 8am and 10am, lunch from 1pm to 2.30pm and dinner from 7pm to 9pm, all buffet style, served in the main restaurant. During breakfast tea, coffee, and juices are offered; during lunch and dinner water, wine and soft drinks. Hot and cold snack buffet, ice cream, cakes and fruit are available between 10am and 6pm at the snack bar (except during meals). Locally produced alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks like water, beer, juices, soft drinks, spirits, etc are served at the bar between 10am and 11pm and the snack bar from 10am and 6pm.
